Walking With Her

It's interesting, to me, to see the world through my child's eyes, the things she notices and how she reacts, so this is a little perspective from her... as we were out on a walk one day:

" Come'on Mom, let's go, let's go!
It's a nice sunny day for a walk."

"OH, Hode-ON, my phone's ringing
I gotta take this...Hello?"

"Hi, Great Grandma B. Oh, you want us to visit today?
Well, I don't know, maybe an yudder time, ok?
We have'ta be seeing some horses soon.
But, don't worry we'll make a visit soon. Ok? Goodbye."

"Yup, was a good idea to stop for a hot dog, Mom.
Hey, I see something:
Oh, it's just a noisy motorcycle,
same as Uncle Jose likes to be riding a lot."

"We're almost there, Mom, don't give up!"

"Hey look, Auntie T is here at Gramma's with her horse...
that's kind of amazing, can I ride, too?"

"WE MADE IT! but we don't need to go home right now,
let's just stay here and play a while. That's a great idea!"

...and so we did!

Love it! Way to be prepared with your camera! Even if I did have my camera with me I would forget to take pictures. She's sounds hilarious and is as cute as can be!
